the day after thanksgiving gave way to the usual shopping (or in some
cases, window shopping) in the usual place (freeport, maine). even amid a
weak economy, people still flock to l.l.bean. gotta get them chamois shirts
and snowshoes, dear. we were in good spirits but mostly tired from too much
food, travel and crowds. here's a brief whirlwind tour of the day out.
