Holy Mother of God! It's an effin' blizzard out there! Right now (4:05pm), it's 18 degrees, the wind is gusting at 37 mph, and I am decidedly chilled. I'm wrapping it up at work (for some reason I came in today) and posting some just-snapped photos from the ice age now unfolding outside.
Weather.com is never cooler than on days like this.

As you can see, we in New England are currently getting our collective asses kicked. The storm came from the midwest and is sticking around until late tonight. It's our biggest storm yet this winter. It's even been predicted we'll get thunder. Totally aces!

Cold cold cold...
It's kind of hard to tell, but the wind is furious. It was really difficult taking these pics. Hardly anyone was outside and eveything was closed. I must have looked like an idiot being out there.

I wanted to show proof of the storm's fury but it's a complete whiteout behind me. Must...find...coffeeshop...

It's difficult to see the snow falling. Probably because instead of falling it's blowing all over the place. Good times.
